Turnkey projects
Vives Pons specializes in turnkey projects. We manage the urban planning study, design, permit application, construction plans, a customized and itemized budget, and the construction itself. Vives Pons maintains a technical team that supervises the work daily and reports to the client weekly on the project’s progress through photographic documentation and technical certifications.
