Villa with views of Montgó

The execution of the construction focused on the creation of a structure with pure lines and the selection of noble and durable materials.

The exterior materiality is defined by a combination of smooth earth tones and an imposing natural stone wall that anchors the house to the land. The large porch was designed with a flat roof structure and no intermediate pillars (or only very slender ones) along the edge, which presented a construction challenge to ensure the visual clarity of the overhang.
The installation of the large-format windows was crucial, especially the corner window opening onto the interior courtyard, requiring high precision to guarantee airtightness and proper system operation. Outside, a minimalist swimming pool was built with dark mosaic tile (or similar), creating a vibrant contrast with the lawn and the neutral tones of the terrace paving.
