Villa San Juan II

The construction of this villa faced crucial technical challenges, especially in the execution of the large basement for leisure purposes. It was necessary to ensure a high-performance structure and waterproofing at this below-grade level.

The main construction challenge was the correct execution of the two interior courtyards and their associated retaining walls, ensuring adequate drainage and the perfect integration of zenithal and lateral light. On the upper floors, visual continuity was achieved through the installation of large panes of glass and minimalist windows, the execution of which required high precision in the structure to support these large openings and maintain the clean lines of the facade. The finishes were selected to support the integration of the air conditioning systems and maintain high energy efficiency.
