The construction of this modern home focused on ensuring efficiency and maximum thermal comfort with the least possible maintenance complexity, ideal for a retirement lifestyle. The key to low energy costs lies in the excellent thermal insulation and double glazing installed in the building envelope.

Regarding the facilities, priority was given to simplifying the systems to integrate new, efficient technologies without excessive complexity of use. This is achieved with underfloor heating integrated throughout the house, ducted air conditioning, and the integration of a solar hot water storage tank that supports the hot water supply, minimizing energy dependence. The laminate flooring in grey not only provides an elegant aesthetic, but also acts as a good thermal conductor for underfloor heating. Outside, the 3 x 10 swimming pool and a minimalist, low-maintenance garden with night lighting complement the functionality, along with the two car entrances with automated gates and video intercom, ensuring security and ease of access.
