Villa Galera

The main challenge was to drastically improve energy efficiency and comfort without altering the building’s volume. This was achieved by installing an advanced exterior and interior insulation system on all facades, ensuring complete thermal break across the multiple existing volumes. The project required precise execution of the new openings and the necessary structural reinforcements to connect spaces and create internal circulation. On the exterior, the facades were treated with rounded edges and a white cladding that unifies the overall design, while natural materials such as wood were used in pergolas and railings to reinforce the desired Mediterranean aesthetic.
