The unique wedge shape of the plot was the main driver of the design strategy, allowing the project to fit seamlessly into the terrain. This maximizes the use of available space and ensures optimal functionality for the house.
Its design unfolds across three staggered levels that delve into the topography, following the natural slope of the mountain. This strategy not only minimizes the building’s visual impact but also optimizes its relationship with the surrounding environment.
