In this project, we acted as tradesperson (execution and control team) in the Execution Management, a task facilitated by having technicians certified by the Passive House Institute (PHI).

The construction phase was a challenge of precision, focused on excellent attention to construction details to ensure total airtightness and the absolute absence of thermal bridges. Every material joint and every layer of insulation was rigorously executed to prevent any energy leakage. Subsequently, the quality of the construction was verified by the Passive House Institute through rigorous inspections and control tests, notably the blower door test, which the house passed with a very good rating, which was decisive in obtaining the prestigious PASSIVHAUS PLUS certification
