Villa Ca Joan

Villa Ca Joan

The construction of this house involved the complete renovation of an old traditional farmhouse, originally used for farming. The construction challenge consisted of maintaining and restoring the original elements of the traditional architecture while introducing high-quality, contemporary technical solutions and finishes.

Meticulous execution was carried out in updating the spaces, preserving the essence of the property. This is evident in the selection of hydraulic tile flooring for the interior, respecting local tradition, and its contrast with modern elements such as the designer metal staircase.
The integration of utilities was key: LED lighting was incorporated throughout the house, and a high-end kitchen was installed. Outside, the terraces were constructed using exposed aggregate concrete. This construction technique was specifically chosen to achieve a texture that integrates the house with the natural surroundings of orange groves, offering a sophisticated and durable finish. Finally, the project included the fabrication and installation of a powder-coated galvanized iron barbecue, an outdoor element that combines functionality and durability with a modern design.
