Villa Becker
Villa Becker
The construction of this villa required precise technical execution to adapt to the complex topography of the Montgó hillside. Its three-tiered design demanded a robust foundation and structure to ensure stability on the slope, including strategically designed retaining walls.
The choice of locally sourced materials, such as the stone extracted directly from the site for the walls, is not only a nod to sustainability but also a construction detail that adds authenticity. The exterior finishes, with taupe cladding and high-quality matte black joinery, were precisely installed to ensure the building envelope is airtight. In terms of sustainability, the construction incorporates advanced, highly energy-efficient systems, including a photovoltaic solar panel system designed to generate 100% of the home’s electricity during the day, achieving energy self-sufficiency that positions this villa at the forefront of sustainable construction.
