Villa Anou

Villa Anou

The construction of this new villa began with a significant topographical challenge: the plot’s topography was complex due to its proximity to a ravine. To establish the foundation of the house and ensure panoramic sea views, robust concrete retaining walls were built, designed to achieve the required height and guarantee stability on the slope.

The excellence of the execution is evident in the integration of the house into the landscape. Natural stone was used as the main element of the façade, taking advantage of the local material to establish a dialogue with the surroundings. To maximize the sea views, large windows were built that not only frame the landscape but also require high-performance joinery to maintain energy efficiency.
The interior spaces were resolved with an open structure that integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a fluid unit. Outside, an infinity pool was built that accentuates the sea views; its construction demanded technical precision in the pool basin and the overflow system.
Finally, the house was equipped with the most modern systems in its installations, a challenge that was met with the integration of a high-efficiency aerothermal system and advanced air renewal systems, ensuring maximum comfort with minimized consumption.
