The climate control system is highly efficient: the house features integrated underfloor heating throughout, along with ducted air conditioning for cooling. A solar water heater is used for hot water, simplifying the installation and minimizing energy consumption.
Outside, the construction of the swimming pool and the spacious, sunny terraces required proper waterproofing and the selection of durable finishes to ensure longevity and low maintenance in an area near Montgó mountain. The combination of good insulation, double glazing, and efficient systems ensures a low-energy, high-performance home.
