Villa San Juan II
Villa San Juan II
This two-story house was conceived under the guiding principle of maximum visual connection with the outside environment, ensuring that views could be achieved from any point in the house.
The design focused on creating open and bright spaces that blend with the surrounding landscape. The ground floor houses the daytime areas in a fluid design, while the basement, which could pose a spatial challenge, was transformed into a habitable and luminous extension. This was achieved through the integration of two strategically located interior courtyards, whose design completely eliminates the feeling of being underground and provides natural light and ventilation to the various leisure spaces housed on this lower level. The architecture uses clean lines and defined volumes to frame the views and create a modern and functional aesthetic.
