This beachfront property is the result of a renovation that preserved the original volume and character of the traditional architecture typical of the Mediterranean coast. The exterior design is characterized by its rounded edges and pure white facades, which harmonize with the surroundings and the sea light.

The main architectural objective was to achieve state-of-the-art energy efficiency without sacrificing the original aesthetic. The entire house was clad with new exterior insulation, concealing the modern technology so that the home retained its traditional charm. Key elements such as the original roof tiles and the solid cherry wood shutters and doors were preserved and restored, adding warmth and authenticity to the overall design. In the outdoor spaces, the design focuses on the connection with nature, with pergolas and shaded areas that enhance the Mediterranean style.
