This renovation started from an existing structure characterized by a juxtaposition of disordered volumes. The main challenge was architectural: it was not possible to make volumetric modifications or create extensions, which required an exhaustive study of the interior reconfiguration and a thorough renovation of the building envelope.
The design focused on creating new internal and external circulation routes that would allow one or more families to enjoy the property simultaneously, offering the option of shared living and independence as needed. The result is a home that, while maintaining its original footprint, achieves a cohesive Mediterranean style by harmonizing the façades and creating a new spatial flow that optimizes each area for enjoyment and comfort.
