Villa Faldes del Montgó

This contemporary villa, situated on a spacious plot at the foot of Montgó mountain in Dénia, was designed to offer all the comforts of home on a single level. The elongated shape of the house and the horizontal layout of the main rooms were dictated by both the unique geometry of the plot and the client’s accessibility requirements.

The house is accessed through an entrance that clearly separates the sleeping area—connected to the outside by enormous windows and a spacious porch—from the rest of the house, which faces the tranquility of the gardens, where several bonsai trees have been incorporated. Outside, the design is completed with a comfortable terrace featuring a frame structure and retractable awnings, as well as an outdoor kitchen for enjoying meals during the summer months.
