This modernly designed villa, conceived to create an integrated architectural front that respects the surrounding landscape, is strategically located on the front line of the imposing Montgó Natural Park.

The unique wedge shape of the plot was the driving force behind the design strategy, allowing the project to be nestled into the terrain. This maximizes the use of available space and ensures optimal functionality for the house.
Its development unfolds across three staggered levels that follow the natural slope of the mountain, integrating seamlessly into the topography. This strategy not only minimizes the building’s visual impact but also optimizes its relationship with the surrounding environment.
