Villa Coombe

This modern design house, with its large dimensions and contemporary lines, is the result of the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of a medium-sized chalet, radically optimizing the use of space.

The architectural design prioritized two fundamental client objectives: to obtain the best panoramic views of the surroundings and the plot from inside the house, and to ensure maximum sun exposure in the pool for most of the day. To enhance outdoor living, the living room and dining room were designed as a large covered terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoors all year round, maximizing the visual connection between spaces. On the upper floor, the design continues with a private terrace connected to the master bedroom, equipped with extendable horizontal awnings that offer controlled shade. Furthermore, from the initial phase, the management was comprehensive: we took charge of the entire management of the union of the two plots that made up the site, and the project included an exhaustive study of landscaping and gardening, ensuring an organic and aesthetic integration of the house into the natural environment.
