Villa Anemone

This modern, newly built single-family home is located in a quiet area near the Montgó Natural Park in Dénia. The architectural design was resolved on two floors to optimize functionality and separation of uses.

The first floor was conceived as a completely social and service area, consisting of an open-plan living and dining room that maximizes natural light, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a laundry room. The connection to the outdoors is direct and seamless, with immediate access to the spacious, sunny terraces and the swimming pool, making outdoor living and entertaining a breeze.
